Pay: 50-57/hr
Day to Day:
This position manages the day to day operations of Salesforce. You would be responsible for being the subject matter expert (SME) on Salesforce, seek out ways to utilize Salesforce to improve processes and productivity and make recommendations to support an organization scaling at a rapid pace. In this position you would be responsible for initiating, planning, prioritizing, communicating and executing the long-term Salesforce projects. In addition, maintaining a holistic view of all business processes and users in the system to understand cross-functional impacts with regard to configuration, process, workflow, and reporting. While also needing the skills to be able to collaborate across the organization, determine best business outcomes, scenarios, design technical solutions and processes to support them.
Must Have:
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201)
- Platform App Builder and Advanced Administrator Certifications (AMD 211)
- Experience with programming languages such as SQL, JavaScript, HTML, Java and Apex
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Working knowledge of Tableau
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to convey complex or technical ideas and processes in easy-to-understand terms to diverse audiences
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- 20% Collaborate - Consult with the business to identify and define business requirements and prioritize enhancements
- 70% Salesforce Management - Evaluate new releases of Salesforce to determine functionality requirements and provide detailed information on how changes will apply to all affected departments/users. Test changes in a rigorous way that minimizes impact to users.
- 10% Teach, train & develop - Develop training plans, materials, and documentation for users; keep materials up-to-date, and coordinate new user and ongoing training sessions via webinar or in person
